We Plan All Aspects of Your Casino Party

Michigan Casino Event Planners ensures every client is left feeling as if they just left Las Vegas. As well as providing our equipment to clients, we also provide many other services to ensure the success of their event.  Regardless of the size of the event being planned, Michigan Casino Event Planners can assure you it will be a success!

Our knowledgeable event coordinators focus on building a personalized package to meet each specific clients’ needs. We’re delighted to do everything possible to make your night one to remember.  This consists of permitting the addition or subtraction of any tables up to 10 business days before your event. Also, our operations manager is always available for a phone call to discuss any logistical concerns that may arise.

The day of your event:

  • Our seasoned delivery crew arrives to set up equipment
  • Dealers dressed in tuxedo attire arrive at least 30 minutes before “deal time”
  • Guests receive a voucher which is then traded in for chips at the table
  • Guests play for a minimum of 3 hours, with the opportunity to win prizes 
  • Prizes can be distributed in the form of an auction or raffle
